What We Do - International Projects

International projects show the 'power of Service.' When we identify an International Rotary Club that has a project we can help with, we can work with the International Club and Rotary International to make our money grow, and make sure projects are managed properly. Rotary International will match our Club's funds and the International Club's funds - dollar for dollar - to effect change. For example, if we identify a project like supplying clean drinking water to a village that will cost $10,000.00 USD to complete, we can supply $2500, the local Club can supply $2500 (and manage the project), and Rotary International will match $5000. This way, clubs that seem small can do big things to change the lives of people we reach out to. As our club motto states, it's one way to 'feel the power of Service."
